First use case

Sold $300k of NFTs minted on the Metis chain, with 93% of funds coming from 5 other blockchains
In September 2022 we developed a first real use case for our Automated Multi-chain Minting Engine (AMME) by creating a Genesis NFT collection minted on the Metis Andromeda chain (a L2 built on Ethereum) and accepting funds from users across 6 different chains:
  • Ethereum
  • BNB chain
  • Polygon
  • Fantom
  • Avalanche
  • Metis (in this case the destination chain)
This resulted in 93% of buyers' funds deposited from chains other than the Metis chain, proving the value of allowing users to participate in the NFT sale using funds from multiple different chains, without having to go through the hassle and cost of bridging their funds.
Minting on Metis allowed for near-instant transactions and very low minting fees (in total, less than $20 for ~1,500 NFTs minted)
